Introduction to the Heritage Adventurer

The Heritage Adventurer (formerly the MS Hanseatic) is a modern, ice-strengthened Antarctic cruise ship purpose built for polar waters in Rauma Finland. She not only has the highest ice class rating (Lloyds 1AS), she also offers unmatched stability and superior speed to get you to your destination and out exploring.

Heritage Adventurer has an impressive history of Polar exploration. Having held records for the most northern and southern Arctic and Antarctic navigations, and for traversing both the Northwest and Northeast Passages.

Originally designed to accommodate 184 guests, Heritage Adventurer now welcomes just 140 expeditioners ensuring spacious, stylish and comfortable voyages, while a fleet of 14 Zodiacs ensures all guests are able to maximise their expedition adventure.

All voyages have a pre-night in a Queenstown Hotel on a twin share basis.  Dinner is included.  the next day the group will transfer to the port to embark the ship.

No single supplement applies for passengers willing to share. Single supplement is 1.5 x the published twin rate for twin private and superior cabins. Single supplement is 2 x the published twin rate for suites.  Single supplement is not available in triple cabins.

Resolute Suite

Located on deck 6 of the Heritage Adventurer, these suites are spacious (44m2) and include the comfort of a sectional lounge with matching club chairs, a large desk, expansive soft close cabinetry, washroom facilities including both a shower & bathtub. The sleeping quarters feature the option for either a double or two single configured beds with upgraded linen/ pillows. Included are a night light, region specific iPad, mini stereo, coffee maker, fully stocked mini bar, iPod alarm clock with audio line, private flora and fauna library all to enjoy amidst the large picture windows overlooking either the port or starboard side of the vessel.

Resolute Shackleton Suite

Located on deck 6 of the Heritage Adventurer, the Superior Triples offer plenty of space (22m2) and include the comfort of a sectional lounge, a large desk, expansive soft close cabinetry, washroom facilities including both a shower & bathtub. The sleeping quarters have the option for either a double or two single configured beds with upgraded linen/ pillows. These spacious and well appointed cabins are located in the front of deck 5 on the Heritage Adventurer. Guests have the option for either a double or two single configured beds. Resolute Twin Private Cabin

Located on deck 4 of the Heritage Adventurer, the Twin Private Cabins feature the option for either a double or two single configured beds. A sectional lounge is placed by the large picture windows, writing desk/chair. There is plenty of luggage storage and also has private washroom facilities. These cabins are spacious and well appointed.

Resolute Triple Cabin

Located on deck 3 of the Heritage Adventurer, the Triple cabins feature the option for a double or two single configured beds and a convertible sofa lounge to a lower berth. A sectional lounge is placed by the portholes, writing desk/chair as well as ample storage and private bathroom facilities. These cabins are spacious and well appointed.
